1. All orders are considered final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and preparation has started.
2. Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size and product before completing the order. By placing an order, the customer confirms approval of the selected design, style, fabric, color, measurements, and all product details shown on the website.
3. Slight variations in stitching, measurements, cutting details, embroidery, or handmade finishing may occur and are considered normal, not manufacturing defects.
4. Minor loose threads or slight finishing details may naturally appear in handmade pieces and abayas and are not considered valid reasons for exchange or refund.
5. Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
6. Exchange is only available in the case of a clear manufacturing defect after review and approval by our team.
7. Refunds are not available except in exceptional cases approved by management.
8. Any exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
9. The item must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for exchange approval.
10. Customized or altered pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.
11. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
12. If incorrect address or phone details are provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any delivery delays or failed deliveries.
13. If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information, reshipping fees will apply.
14. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, shipping conditions, and courier company.
15. Any customs fees, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer according to the destination country’s regulations.
16. Some pieces are available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. Restocking is not guaranteed.
